**By entering the festival premises, attendees acknowledge and agree that participation in or attendance at this event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, illness, or death. The attendee voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event. The attendee hereby releases and holds harmless Barage Fest, its staff, performers, vendors, and the venue owner from any and all liability for personal injury or medical emergencies. Barage Fest is not responsible, financially or otherwise, for any personal property that is left, lost, stolen, destroyed, confiscated, damaged, or misplaced anywhere on the festival grounds. Attendees assume all risk of loss associated with the damage or loss of personal property, including vehicles parked in designated lots. The attendee agrees to be held financially responsible for any property damage or loss caused by their willful misconduct, negligence, or failure to follow festival rules.**
